He used to lead a design team in a large advertisement company. But after falling ill due to overwork and interpersonal relationships, he had to take a leave of absence. After he came back, he found himself without a place within the competitive environment of the company, so he quit.
After quitting, he started Inoue Graphics.
He's unable to forget the showy projects he handled back in the old company, but now all the work he's getting are supermarket fliers and Bon Odori posters ordered by the community center. His frustrations are piling up.
