Well first, Yohane doesnt just specialize in fat and slim/skinny draws, is just his/her style. Second, there is a great difference between fat by eat and pregnant. If you dont know, there are works and draws with Sakuya and Meiling being parents, so it was a reference to the user who tagged it (and the web should have that reference, too).
It'd be nice if it was Meiling who was with child for a change, since fanartists always seem to show Meiling as the "man" in the relationship. Oh, well.
Seriously, she can be only with her mistress, Remi or Flan. A story, 1000 years later could be good. But still is a good work by Yohane (since I read his/her works)

Well, in fact, Yohane did draw a 5 page short doujinshi, about how Flan and Remi tried to challenge each other for childhood Sakuya.
