Well, today's your lucky day, I guess. From what I can tell, the artist uploaded the remaining pages onto his Pixiv a while back, so I've uploaded what I can to Danbooru as well.
Minor administrative note - The original Pixiv source listed for most of these (older) pages has already been deleted; the new sources are located here (上), here (中), here (下), and here (後). Would someone mind checking the older pages for consistency / edits?
I haven't actually started uploading the Epilogue (後) yet, and I definitely don't have enough uploads remaining to get all of those pages up (29 pages total), so I'd appreciate it if someone manages to get those up onto Danbooru as well. I'm going to eat dinner/supper now, but I'll take a crack at translating what I can when I get back.
