That's "UIJK", not "IJKL".

You're right on the picture, but the regular output is "IJKL". It must be a translation error or something, because that just seems weird. "IJKL" is a long-forgotten control output in PC gaming, and it was used for many things, like camera, weapons, or selection. It's something that every gamer should know about.
