The real problem is the lack of subject to change the verb form. Japanese sentences do not always state obvious subjects, especially pronouns. The sentence might better be phrased as "you are not interested" or "(s)he is not interested" and, for comprehension, made into a question. That is not to say that I am deriding the artist's attempt. As far as Engrish goes, it is very good.
I haven't play KanColle and I don't know every character personality, so is Tenryuu well portrayed in the fanon and artists really resembles her char or it's like Touhou with artists following the fandom criteria (example: tsundere Alice)?

Actually,based on the artist's sig,I believe this was translated (too literally) from thai. If so,I think the better translation would be "Don't worry about me,I'm not crying"
