Could be, this artist seems kinda dubious to me. Also one of her tags is pornography (!), so I wouldn't be surprised if she (g.tr sez so) "borrowed" this from someone. Or maybe that's just her another pixiv account. Also I apologize for putting original tag because there's another identical picture (which makes her even more dubious) which explains the source. Having no prior knowledge about choujigen game neptune, I tagged it as original because it says so on the source page. So I'm gonna have to punish myself now. Da Vinci Code style.
