Those look like they could be replacement arms. Maybe she can wear that kamui because she specifically creates it as part of herself.
Honestly, after what we've seen so far, I wouldn't even find that surprising.

This would, honestly, be terrifying, awesome, and exactly the kind of thing I would expect Trigger to pull if they ever made a second season.
