Because how else would we be able to tell what country they're from. Without the Cowgirl get up, Cure America would just be another red hair japanese girl.

They'll probably appear near the middle or end when everyone finally engage the Phantom Empire straight on. An army of Precure from around the world in a final fight against the army of darkness. It'll be awesome.

Their names probably won't matter through, like most of the Onis from KR Hibiki.

Whell to be fair the american Precure are caled Bomber Girls Precure and the indian are named Wonderfull Net Precure, the one whose name whe dont know is the French one.

maybe ayumi and hime visit other countries with magical help like in smile or some the precures came for one episode as a vacation or transfer student to japan.
