I'm not really sure about the artist for this one. The site where i got it from just says "Ryuki". We have 2 "Ryuki"s here, but i'm not sure if the artist is one of them. For the time being i put ryuki@maguro-ex in the tags since this image shows some similarities with his other works, but feel free to change them if he's not the artist.

I don't think any of these pictures you've been posting recently were done by any of the artists you've been crediting them to, from what I can tell they're all either derivative works or commisions or some nonsense I don't really understand from deviantart.
All of these pictures are colored versions of the various supplementary Neptunia materials, ranging from manga to the light novels. For example, this one is the top right panel of page 100 for the Hyperdimension Neptune Animation anthology, and is in fact drawn by RYUKI if the table of contents of said anthology is to be believed. I'm not sure how danbooru treats colored versions of official art, however, as all of these recently uploaded pictures are official.

They're all based on official works, but I think these are digital traces or something, so I feel like they're more along the lines of derivative_work and thus don't get tagged with the original artist, unless I'm sorely mistaken about something (which I very well could be). If I'm wrong about it go ahead and undo all the recent artist tag removals I did. Although, to me it's pretty clear that the quality of most of these traces doesn't match the typical quality of the original artists (I don't have access to any of the reference works either though) so it feels wrong having them tagged. edit: I actually went ahead and contacted the person who posted these on deviantart and without going into too much detail I can confirm that these are in fact traces of the official works
Can confirm Planeptune (the Deviant Art artist) lines and colors samples from manga pages like this. The commissions aspect of it comes from people commissioning him to do so.
He also colors work from Fairy Tale, Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple, etc.
Well, everybody's right, I truly can't believe i didn't see the zillion of times Planeptune said they were commissions on DeviantArt. That's gotta be the biggest bunder i ever did here. Sorry guys. But... what now? Do we tag Planeptune as an Artist? I mean, now that i think about it, i'm not even sure if posts directly from DeviantArt are allowed here. I was just posting what wasn't here and didn't even think about it.
