Denial? Those gorgeous breasts, those luscious legs - Poison is so very clearly feminine. Mind you, that one difference is kind of relevant when it comes to actually having sex, but other than those pesky four to six inches, she's every other inch a woman.
EDIT: I just noticed the legs aren't pictured here. But there's plenty of other art that does feature them, and they are very definitely feminine legs.
What I wanted to say is that if she consider herself a woman and she wants to be recognized as such, then we could do her a favor and just call her a woman...
With such feminine features (as Mithiwithi mentioned), even if she would show her "male extension", she's still a woman for me. But I do understand that some people associate gender directly with the "physical bits".
