Tirpitz, the Sister Ship of the Bismarck. She was larger and far more powerful than her sister. Yet do to the fact the only drydocks that could hold her were taken out. She was forced to remain in the Northern Theater of the European War.
Regardless of the Royal Airforce attempts to take her out. She was never truely sunk. She was converted into a beached Anti-air placement.
Pretty much ending her career there.
While I believe in the game. She be hell of a battleship with wicked Anti-Air firepower.

She didn't experience surface battle so her true power is unknown. She spent her career as a fleet in being and relentlessly bombed by British carriers. The only time she used her 15" guns was when she fired it at a weather station.

So in Kancolle she would essentially just sit around and take pot shots at the enemy from a distance while being manhandled by gunfire but taking it in stride.
I could see her with an unflinching personality in battle that belays her more relaxed look here.

I could also see her the type of wanting to sortie all the time since she stayed in a port (not seeing her big sister) and has a lonesome personality as her BB comrades all sunk leaving her alone. She was once called "The lonely Queen of the North" by the Norwegians after all. But her most famous nickname was "The Beast" by the British.
Tirpitz will definitely have a severe trauma of British carriers and aircrafts due to the 20 air raids done on her and how she quickly "flipped over" in less than an hour during the final air raid on her.

So you think she would be the ice queen with a tsundere heart, feels like she would get along with Hibiki.

I see her more of someone who is serious because she wants to live up to everybody's expectations of her due to her reputation and being Bismarck's little sister (she was bigger and thought to be stronger than her big sis). She might be the lonesome type as she spent a long time sitting in Bogenfjord....in the cold north.
Also would like to see a scar or two on her due to the fact she endured so much damages from many air raids.

She may have more emotional scars I mean most that came to see her were trying to sink her even the port was starting to get tired of her thanks to the moral of her crew dropping and they started acting out a bit badly.
All we need is her and Arizona to come out and Yamato can try to console them as symbols that did not get to shine. I mean she and Yamato got it very similar in terms of facility. All three were reguarded as powerful when they were indroduced but did not get to show their might. Only Arizona got off slightly lucky as she was sunk and became the Alamo of the Pacific. Yamato has it worse since she was such a drain on the economy and never got to make use of her world beating guns. The Ice Queen poor dear was stuff away from home hearing news off all thing going badly and she is unable to leave port, while constantly bullied by the brits.

Not to mention, she sunk because of a lack in communication so the Luftwaffe weren't able to aid her and so a commander was court-martialled. Her survivors were transferred to the Heavy cruiser Lutzow (soon to be Petropavlovsk, Gangut's sister ship).
Men back then the people likes referring her to as "The Beast" and make metaphors ad references about her being called "Lonely queen of the North".
