Mattari Yufi's Meiling has always been badass. She just hides it well most of the time.
New art style FTW. I didn't even recognize it as being from Mattari Yufi at first.
Meiling can be quite goofy, per the Violence Yuuka series. This is more badass than the standard Meiling though.
The lips are distinctive to the art style though - that touch of gloss and shine has been pretty standard for him. Ditto the occasional anatomy hiccup, such as Meiling's left lower leg being turned in so much at the knee area.
