You probably talking about them Contributor guys. They can upload stuffs without anyone approving them, but sometimes they upload some unacceptable and repulsive stuffs too, which got flagged for delete. Your stuffs keep being delete probably because it violate the uploading rules. Mostly low quality and bad anatomy works in your case. Showing asses is fine but low quality ass is not.

The reason that your Kallen upload will not be approved is because, regardless of its other qualifications, it is a low-quality screencap.
The single largest reason the rest of your uploads have not survived the pending stage is because our friend, Mr. Goku's, idea of perspective is drawing an ass and attaching the face of a character next to it. Now there's nothing wrong with asses (our tag count of eighty-seven thousand will attest to that) but if it's poorly drawn you're going to have a hard time getting the mods to approve it, plain and simple.

First, at 1042x630, it's not even high-quality as a screencap; 8 seconds on Google finds the source series easily available in 1080p. The primary, and essentially only, focus of the image is the ass, which isn't exactly outstandingly drawn. For example, there are arbitrary (and asymmetrical) changes in curvature in the line art. Also, the coloring is, as expected from a frame from animation, extremely basic: a full 24% of the image by area (and over 65% of the foreground) is a single shade of gray. In addition to the image itself, you followed poor tagging practice, giving no source and creating a new tag ("snapshot") redundant to one already existing and in fact used alongside it (screencap).

Two logical fallacies here: correlation does not imply causation, and Bulverism. You have no reason beyond your own assumption as to the reason your posts have not been approved. The staff and Stan-Miller have expressed their opinions (in the staff's case, through their actions, i.e. deletion) that your uploads are low-quality. You are the one who has continually categorically rejected not only this opinion, but in fact the question of this judgment being a matter of opinion at all. This brings me to the first sentence of this quote, regarding hypocrisy, which I believe rather speaks for itself at this point.
In addition, no one is playing psychological "head games" (which, by the way, being plural, can't take a singular article). Everything Stan-Miller said was matter-of-fact, without any element of deceit or even so much as hostility until he received hostility unprovoked. In addition, even if those who opposed you were "childish and terrible", that would have no bearing on whether their actions were correct or not. No one said you bent any rules. "thinks the upload rules don't apply to them" (SindriAndBale) doesn't imply any bending of rules, only a disregard for them, whether eventually successful or (in this case) not. In addition, for someone who points out how obvious it is that they are not in control, you certainly take great efforts to complain about how those who are in fact in power dare disagree with you, when if they did simply bow to your every whim, they rather by definition wouldn't be in control in the first place. As for the reference to Nazis, frankly, you're not doing much for your argument regarding 6-year-olds, seeing as if your needlessly petulant behavior had not justified that already, your naivete regarding Godwin's Law and its implications certainly has.

By this logic, integrationist activists living in the Jim Crow-era US South would have been hypocrites by default, as living in states with racist institutions would have made them racist simply by association. In addition, whether a statement is hypocritical or not does not affect its validity. Pol Pot would have been no less of a dictator if Idi Amin were to have accused him of such than if a random bystander had done so, and saying "so are you" would not have made a difference.

This self-aggrandizement does not convey to others that you are willing to be reasoned with in the first place, which makes the first comment in this comment thread ring fairly clear to me. Prove that the only way to resolve this problem is to ban you, and I'd be stunned with the patience of the admins if there is any other outcome at this point.
The chain of comments remind me of that one guy that ignored all the advice that the mods gave him about his tagging sense and kept on pushing his already lost cause.
And to answer that question of yours with the voted down "hi" comment, there's a how to comment guide before you comments for a reason, and for your case this should apply.
