Removed the small_breasts tag, because they are at least medium-sized. They don't look small to me, and considering she is laying down, they are definitely medium size. In light of this, also removed the loli tag.

Given that the maxim we live by is "tag what you see", for general tags it's generally preferable to err on the side having things for which the validity is occasionally questionable. You say they don't look that way to you, but I'm sure I see small_breasts. Moreover, per the wiki definition these are almost certainly in that class. Consequently, re-adding the tag.
