Is this a Morino Hon tribute? I'm pretty sure he's the only artist that draws those types of yukkuris.
osatou is generally considered the creator of the two-legged spindly-armed style of yukkuri, which is generally called osa-yukkuri in his honor, and there is a very-long-running 4koma series by tani_takeshi that features them.
