Gotta admit : I really hate Rappa's copypasted comics.
It feels like he has several idea for a new comics, and rather than redrawing it each time, he just changes the text.
And the fact he doesn't bother to draw backgrounds is also irritating.

That's the name of the series, so I'm assuming that's he skit.

Also, I take it back: Seija sticking her tongue our is better than sneering or cutely smiling Seija.

I think she is inverting the usual kills 99% of bacteria to 1.2x more.

But 99% inverted is 1.01 or so. 99% = 99/100, which, when inverted, is 100/99, which is 1.01.

Err... no. You got it all wrong.
Other companies rather actually have 0.01 times the natural number of bacteries, so it makes 0.012 for Seija. So Seija's product kills 97.8% of the bacteries. Totally legit if you ask me.

But I guess reasoning on this "kills 99% of the bacteries" is totally wrong also.
