Danbooru doesn't use HTML in its comments; help:dtext documents how to do fancy comment things, the first three being links.

The 'artist' isn't giving credit to the original works he's photoshopping. They aren't even tagged derivative. I'd call that Plagiarism.

I've just effectively banned the artist from being posted on Konachan after checking the information a user provided about the plagiarism.
