*Casually waits for someone to name all of his equipment in great detail
hola
Rifle is an HK416D10RS with: EOTech 5x1 (in all likelihood the night vision-compatible 551) holographic sight. Insight AN/PEQ-15 or LA-5/PEQ laser/light/illuminator module. I can't make out the adjustment screws/heads enough to tell which one here. AAC suppressor. There's a few that look like this from the muzzle flash back, for example, the M4-2000. Magpul CTR stock - could be the similar-looking MOE as well. Magazine looks like a normal USGI or HK steel one by the seam, with a Magpul Ranger Plate baseplate. Some kind of vertical foregrip and flashlight. I can't tell what's behind the EOTech but from its size it could be a mount for a 3x/4x magnifier (with the magnifier itself detached or swung to the side).
The plate carrier is probably an LBT-6094, which has the same cummerbund design and is in widespread use with US SOF. Closest to the camera are: Combat Application Tourniquet. Trauma shears of some sort. MK141 MOD 0 stun grenade. M18 signaling smoke grenade, producing violet-colored smoke. Inside the cummerbund is a radio, which is probably a Thales AN/PRC-148 MBITR or Harris AN/PRC-152 given its location in a pouch (sized for these two sets) and their use by US forces. (The black thing on his shoulder closest to the camera is a folded blade antenna for the radio.) (Edit: Actually, the 152 might be too big for that pouch. Can't remember.)
Gloves are something or other by Mechanix, patches are blood type (O+), IR-reflective US flag, and whatever CTAG is. Stuff I either can't identify or don't want to wade through dozens of near-identical products: watch, sling, combat shirt, magazine pouches, first-aid kit pouch.

Excellent job. I knew it was only a matter of time. :D
More like you it's because you said you waited for it....I think.
Not really. Most pictures that have a very detailed gun typically have someone in the comment section that goes in and explains EVERYTHING that the gun has.
I think it is awesome for the ammo reloaders that a rifle has been made that automatically deprimes the cases when they are ejected. One hell of an innovation indeed...
