Planning to scan this whole booklet, but I haven't been able to figure out how to get scans without gutter shadow (other than removing all the pages). Any suggestions?

A lot of scanners just remove all the pages. Apparently, if you mircrowave it, the wax bindings come out really easily, and you just pull the pages out, and scan them one by one.
