his is a kiriban I did for ~Flutterby-Lullaby. She wanted me to use my fav female character and put her in a Antoinette style dress. I did change it up a little from the refs I saw on google but I still made it as frilly as I could and tried to stick to an old style dress.

So this is Rei Ayanami from Evangelion. Rei II in particular. I'm sorry if it's bad, I'm not good at drawing dresses like this. xD

I'm happy with how it turned out. Coloring wise, I wanted to make it seem like she was part of the sky, if that makes sense? Because of what happens to her in the series.
