She hacked him cause he challenged her to a fight. Saying something along the lines of because he was a male or had a male body he would most likely win, so she just hacked him and made him defeat himself then said a really cool line can't remember it though.

This is actually a repeated joke in the manga and the anime (more so in the manga) she hacks his brain and makes him punch himself a number of times.
