Lets see if a ship can survive an entire gate of battleship level guns about to hail fire at it.

In the canon of this image, perhaps. In reality, Kongo gimped one destroyer which in turn put effective shells into her superstructure then later aided Haruna, Nagato, and Yamato in swamping another destroyer until it sank. One of them also likely laid a shell in the bridge of a third destroyer, though it was also being engaged by a column of cruisers.

The battle itself was much larger in scope than that, though still the US lost 3 destroyers and an escort carrier while snubbing, routing, and leading to the destruction of some of the heavy Japanese Center Force. It's a great read if you never have.

Anyway, I was saying that warping so many "guns" out of Gate of Babylon would have enough fire power to sink "an entire" fleet and most likely "any fleet" in any number, not considering evasive maneuvers or any thing else.

History lessons are pretty much staple in Kancolle Fandom. Especially now that we're going to have some USN ships here.

Well, I understand that though. I said I would blame MajorAmiruddin but of course, it's not in a bad sense. I myself did take real history into a fiction talk and totally lost track of it being fiction before too so I'm not in a place to say things about it.
