It's possible that the profile linked on artist #40208 was his and, for whatever reason, was deleted and remade as the profile in the upload source. Not many things turn up from searching "めめさそ" aside from the pixiv profile and tumblr aggregate posts of art from the deleted profile. Easiest confirmation would be from the artist himself, if anyone wants to ask.
