I can confirm, after indulging my curiosity, that part 3 is out there. Currently I'm preparing to upload the cover page and maybe the first few pages following that. Granted, I've only ever uploaded one picture to the Booru to date, so I might need some guidance in regards to whether I'm doing things correctly or not.
