It's not Nagatsuki but Uzuki, I thought Yayoi was Nagatsuki though.
A little note. In the first translation note is a term to describe the gorgeous sight of sakura flowers going on a full bloom, the flower petals start to be disarrayed, falling and get blown in the spring wind. It's a sight that I am at a loss of word describing it. So for now, I put it as it is right now, anyone with better way wording it, please check and edit the note.
