Actually, no. Akagi isn't in it. She will be, probably, as a Premium ship, somewhere Down the line, but as a regular carrier, she won't be in the game.

Not to long afterward Kaga explained why Akagi mistook Amagi for her late sister and told tragic tale of Akagi's older sister.

Afterward Amagi went to find Akagi and gave Akagi a comforting hug.

Decided to check this out after seeing Azur Lane's latest waifu.
