この二人は設計図を渡し渡された関係なので、性格の根っ子の部分が同じで、感情むき出しの状態だとシンクロしてしまい同属嫌悪が加速してしまうという解釈で描いてます。

That means it's a good sign, it's similar to when you have found a four-leaf clover. And since it's Yukikaze there it's not that surprising.
