I'll explain this. Ehoumaki (恵方巻) literally means, "lucky direction roll." It is eaten on a certain holiday in Japan (Setsubun) once a year. The person eating the roll has to face the "lucky direction" of the year. I believe it's supposed to be for good luck or something....
That aside, in the the bottom panel, Raisa is eating the Ehoumaki incorrectly. Instead of eating it while facing the lucky direction, she confuses the custom with the all too well known "pocky game," where someone holds a pocky in their mouth and tempts their partner to come eat the opposite side until they both meet in the middle and kiss.
