The closest I've done is 8 days straight, no sleep. After around day 4-5 you just suddenly feel alive and by day 6 you suddenly feel like everything's going crazy. I can't even begin to imagine how one would feel at 10+ days.

Technically you can clinically be declared insane after 72 hours straight of no sleep.
