I guess it's an attempt to standardize romanization on Danbooru? It sort of conflicts with the "use ANN spellings for characters" -semi-rule.
I've always wondered why the Nasuverse characters (Toosaka, Toono) seemingly got standard romanized that way, though, when virtually everything else on the site follows hepbrun IIRC.

Since about 3 days ago when I submitted the alias. All "oh" romanisation should die a fiery death. As there are technical difficulties with delivering that over TCP/IP, though, we'll settle for renaming.
