The name of the manga is よみとも (yomitomo) and could be read from the picture. A search on google pointed me to h**p://www.megaupload.com/?d=TOBRAXOQ which is unfortunately encrypted. The site that released it was called NextWith but is now defunct. If anyonw has the password, that would be great.
