Providing a bit of info to the pic (because hooray for zany Elona stuff): You can give booze to most NPCs. Doing so will cause them to consume it immediately and get drunk. If they are, you can talk to them and offer them your... ahem... services. If they got cash in them, they'll pay you once services have been, um, rendered.
Note that in doing so there's a chance that your player gets "sick" and gets some stat debuffs unless you cure it with some blessed healing potions (I think) or get killed.
And yes, as always, gender and species doesn't matter. Note that you do this anywhere. The middle of the street, a crowded bar, etc...
