Okay, I gotta get some context here, because these two look like VERY interesting characters. What's their deal?
From a rough understanding of the text, they're a couple that fell in love during a zombie apocalypse. The girl is a zombie and the boy is a survivor. Although the virus crippled her motor control to the point where she can't speak properly, she still loves him deeply on the inside, and he loves her in return.
This artist draws a whole bunch of interesting human boy/monster girl scenarios. They generally don't last longer than a couple of illustrations, though.
