Yanno how when you have a shirt tucked in while standing up, then you sit down and it feels like 15ft of material roll out the back side so when you stand up there's a big excess out of the waist at the back? The shirt's tight until you move with it too. The only way for it to stay tight would be for it to be like a leotard and for it to not get hung up on the other things worn over it.
