The Aimpoint T1 generally sits up much higher than the perspective shows in this image. Being a red dot I doubt there's much zoom to it, but being an armchair warrior I wouldn't really know.

The pictures in this thread on M4Carbine do a decent job at showing how a 12 o'clock mounted WML looks through an unmagnified Aimpoint. (Note that the pictures are of a full-sized 1x32mm Aimpoint rather than a 1x20mm Aimpoint Micro as here, so it'll actually protrude slightly less into the optic's field of view, just because the optic's field of view is smaller.)

(I think those pictures are absolute cowitness based on the American Defense mount, but I'm not sure.)
