    What do you call this when things look like miniature models? I know there are certain cameras that can do this.

    The effect here is tilt-shift. Specifically tilt, which gives the blurring at the top and bottom, with the selective focus in the middle.

    It reminded me of Digimon when they were appearing in the real world. Particularly when that green dude (forgot his name) was standing at the walking lane with everybody, lol.
