There's Librarian of the Congress and Librarian of the Supreme Court
and Librarian of the Year

But would those still use the same kanji in Japanese?

No idea, but the kanji for librarian also literally means something closer to the ancient titles (cited in Wiki), “Masters of the Books”, so no redundancy with Library.
