Well, not that it really looks exactly like it but the artist says it's 杏様コスの朝倉。 (Kyou cosplay Asakura), so tagged accordingly. In case anyone was wondering.

Yeah, I was a little confused when I came across it on his website. However, I realized it was Asakura due to his distinct drawing of the eyebrows (let that comment portray me in whatever light it will, haha)
