Just me being curious, why is the time often written without separator, like 17:00?

I've asked about it before in the forum. It's more than 3 or 4 pics related to them, it's fine to create a pool. I suggest to titled it as "Sendai's Hourly Announcement" (or Notification, based on KanColle's Wikia).

There is so-called "Zulu Time" which is UTC and thus can be used to coordinate across long distances, but your average Joe speaking about local affairs will just use local time. They're written and spoken the same way besides adding in the word "Zulu" when referring to it.

I've never made a pool, but the things I do for Sendai... Now all we have to do is remember to water it every now and then and hope this pool continues to grow.
Now all things have a 3% chance to be set on fire, since 5% was too much.
The skill was nerfed to +3%, base rate for guns weren't changed. Chance of fire isn't that much different since not everyone had Pyromania on their captains anyway.
My idea is to nerf just the Cleveland and Des Moines' HE damage + chance of fire and leave everything else alone. Balance.

Mogami is just as bad, Altanta is also a flamethrower, and most of the eight inch cruisers are only marginally worse with fewer guns, but greater fire chance.

Probably depends like OOZ662 explained with the zulu time. In France, the military local announcements("training will begin at", "let's regroup here at" are used without separators, 02:00, written 0200 would be read as zero- two hundred, and say, 14:44 -> 1444 and read as fourteen forty-four.
Also, her way of cutting meat... Isn't that how MayuriShiina from Steins;Gate cooks...?

only got as far as tier 5 everything, but hightier seems like hell (Literally)
