Bismark is part of the third Fastest Battleship class in history at 30.8kts (some sources say 31.2, which is within reasonable margin of error), after the Iowa (34.8kts, tested w/ light load) and Scharnhorst (32kts) classes.
Note that I respect the German designation of the Scharnhorst class here, as they referred to them as Small Battleships.
The Kongo-class after remodeled made ~30.5kts, the Littorio-class made 30kts flat.
So, she's actually the fastest Battleship in the game at the moment.

Bisko here has a full 5kts on Nagamon, who could only make ~25kts during the period that Bismark was afloat.
She should be fine; after all, we know that a reduction in Kanmusu size does not reduce their horsepower, so this reduction in weight and mass (drag) should allow her to accelerate to new realms of speed!

I'm pretty sure that Littorio wasn't slower than Bismarck.
On trials Bismarck reached 30.12kts and Tirpitz 30.8kts, while Littorio reached 31.3kts. On service, however, both classes' max speed was around 30kts, but on http://www.navypedia.org/ships_index.htm there is 1knot of difference between them.
