Looks good, though Leblanc's 嗯 is an affirmative instead of an "um" or "uhh" type.

However, I like how it works the way it is now since it gives that kind of sarcastic, "whatever" feeling in English without changing the overall meaning, so I think it's fine to leave it as is.

Ah, thanks, I completely forgot. I suppose "yeah" instead of "um" would work just as well, but I'll let others decide which one's better.
I also added the artist commentary, but I'm a tad confused by Katarina - if I understood her correctly, she was wondering why Leblanc wasn't making fun of Kat rather than Ahri, which doesn't make much sense to me. I translated it in regards to Ahri now, but if I missed something obvious, feel free to correct me.
