The picture notes might say differently; but by face and body shape I'm thinking this is Kitagou Fumika, and not Mio Sakamoto. The swimsuit isn't proof either way, because they both wear/wore it.

I had a problem deciding since Mio and Fumika both have long black hair in a ponytail and school swimsuits, but I checked the official art just now and Fumika has more hair strands in front of her ears. So yes, this is her.
