How does he have to to be a pop idol producer and an admiral? How did he even obtain that military rank while still being a producer?
He could have been producer first, then an admiral. The admiral rank could have been a relatively low one too since everyone that plays the game starts out as a fake IJN novice Admiral. Anyone can be an admiral ingame, it seems.
