I am tempted to put this in "Impending Doom" based only on the fact that I am sure the other inkling has a splat-scope, with those crosshairs.
It's true, the blue Inkling boy's girlfriend who is an orange dark skinned Inkling is a Charger user as stated in a pic with him being yelled at by his teammate for not using the Kraken. So he's flirting with his girlfriend while she has him in her sniper scope.
