Annoyingly the only item that I have that has three of what I was looking for unlocked them as I was levelling it up.
The other two items I've re-rolled dozens of times but have never got extactly what I needed. Particularly galling is when you re-roll an item you know has a 5x boost to getting a certain perk and getting none of that perk, when it was your last Super Sea Snail.
