To be fair, Isonami and Fubuki are nearly indistinguishable except for that ponytail.

According to the wiki, she actually does on the Boss node. Though I started with her so I wasn't actively farming for her for some specific reason. And that, for me, she drops less among the starter ships.

She does, but her rarity makes her hard to be get there.

Rappas Akebono is great and his Kancolle comics are always funny, looking forward to more.

I thought it was Fubuki as well. Curse that generic class design.
