Interesting. Her dress writing is in Chinese, not Japanese, but I was able to find the Kanji because Japanese also uses them, and according to Google Translate, it says "Welcome to Hell", just like her regular outfit. This makes so much sense that I'm actually trusting this machine translation for once.
Since the Kanji is messy as all unholy fuck, I left them in the Translation Notes in case someone wants to double check.
EDIT: +1 on the ranguage tag since someone's pointed out that it's broken Chinese. Likely, the artist ran it through machine translation to get it himself, which is why it looked so clean coming out of Google Translate.
