She forgot to put the rubbish out. I've done the exact same thing, more than once. Get it all ready, and leave it by the door...

(You usually can't put it out before the pickup day)

Is it burnable or non burnable? I couldn't tell when I uploaded it. The burnable stuff would start to stink up the place while waiting for the next pickup day.

Edit - it was the burnable trash. Doh!

You mean the nonburnable? I assume burnable usually include food, paper and other nonplastic trash.

She could try and search for a trash can over at a connivence store and unload it there. The neighbors can't yell and complain at you if you throw your garbage out at a non-neighborhood area, heh heh.

At least, I don't think they can.

Different areas have different rubbish separation requirements. I totally see non-burnable in the burnable all the time though... And some people are sneaky and make a hiding barrier of newspaper around the inside of the bag...

(Paper is usually separated for recycling, unless it's all dirty)

...if her place only has two category, then it would be that bag.

I made the (hopeful) assumption that in her area, the decomposable trash (food waste) are separate from non-organic burnable trash. Keeping decomposing stuffs in the house for a few days surely doesn't sound healthy.

Down where I am, burnable 2x week, recycling 2x month, non-burnable 1x month.

That fog thing... Always painfully ticking me when I forgetting something (to pick or to do). And after few hours instantly clear out when that thing needs right now or I see something related.
