Well, Wriggle and Rumia would have been playable in Soku if it was for ZUN, and they were going to fight Kaguya of all people (Rumia is fairly recent news). Sadly, Tasofro didn't like it so they said no, but it means both of them were still a bit relevant to him. Which is actually amazing for stage 1 bosses if you think about it.
