Looks awful though. No armor, no nothing. Could literally just call her any other carrier. At least Kancolle they were smart and somewhat creative adding little bits of details that was from the actual ship.
This one they just slapped on whatever favorite cliche fetish people have and called her Taihou. Those kind of designs are just the worse.
Hell, looks nowhere close to the namesake of a Great Phoenix, besides just the red hair and breast.
